Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms stated below.

Can/will draw:

  • Humans/humanoids

  • Anthros/furries

  • Monsters/creatures

  • Body horror/gore

  • Original Characters (includes D&D characters, video game characters, etc.)

  • Fanart

  • Suggestive content

  • Complex outfits/armor

Will NOT draw:

  • Explicit NSFW

  • Self harm or suicide

  • Offensive or hateful imagery

  • Background-focused pieces

I reserve the right to reject any commission inquiry for any reason. If you have any questions about this list or if there is anything I have not mentioned, please ask!

Payment

Billing is up front through Stripe or PayPal invoices, payment options will be discussed in advance. Do not send money to me for commissions unless I have sent an invoice first. Payment plan options can be discussed as needed.Tipping is completely optional, not required, but always greatly appreciated.

Refunds

Refunds are only available during the sketch period, and are unavailable for sketch-type commissions. After I send you the finished sketch and you approve it, I will not issue any refunds.

Commercial Use

At this time I do not offer commercial use commissions besides emotes. Illustrations and 3D models may not be used commercially to make a profit.In the case of emotes, the emotes may be used for Twitch streaming (or other streaming services) and Discord server emotes. Emote images may not be used for prints, stickers, charms, or any other merchandise that would be considered commercial use and making a profit.

Delivery Times

Commission wait times will vary due to factors such as complexity, the commissioner's place in the queue, and my own personal and work life. If you need the commission by a specific deadline, please mention it in your commission details so we can discuss it. Short deadlines may incur additional fees.

Revisions

Commissioners will recieve 3 free major edits to the artwork. Any major edits or additions cannot be done after the final sketch is approved.

Usage Rights

I have the right to post the commissioned artwork to my social media and use it in my portfolio, but you can request that I don’t post it.After receiving their finished commission, commissioners may repost with credit (for example, directly tagging me in the post on social media, or linking back to one of my accounts), create prints of the art for personal use only, use the artwork for icons (with proper credit), wallpapers, etc.DO NOT use my artwork in NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI programs.Commissioners may not claim the commissioned artwork as their own, or use the commissioned artwork to gain profit.

Violations of the Terms of Service will result in blacklisting.
